Have lots of fun practicing the exercises in the privacy of your hotel room between each class, then later, relax with a romantic meal in the hotel restaurant before an early night

Sunday morning you can lie in, or attend a follow up LMF class, or book a ten minute slot with Geoff where you can talk privately.

No embarrassment, no questions asked, just a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
There’s no need for anyone attending the weekend event to say anything other than “hello” and “goodbye” so you can just sit and listen, if that’s what you prefer. There’s absolutely no need to say anything at all, though you’re very welcome to ask a question or contribute your thoughts and ideas.
